Prior
to founding Rosner Partners in 1994, Mr. Rosner served as the
immigration counsel for the Cleveland office of Jones Day Reavis & Pogue.
Previously,
Mr. Rosner served as a Foreign Service Officer with the United States
Department of State (1973-1987). He served as Chief of the Consular
Section in Accra, Ghana, Tijuana, Mexico and Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Mr. Rosner
has lectured extensively on employment-based immigration and consular
processing.
Mr.
Ortman joined Rosner Partners in 1998. He was named a partner
of the Ohio immigration attorney firm in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ortman,
Ohio immigration lawyer, practiced
immigration law with Deasy & Whitehill, P.C. in Pittsburgh.
Mr.
Ortman practices in all areas of immigration law. He has extensive experience
with employment-based immigration for employers of all sizes covering
a variety of industries, including telecommunications, medical, and
advanced technology. Mr. Ortman has lectured on the labor certification
process, the effect of mergers and acquisitions on foreign national
employees, as well as political asylum.
Mr. Ortman received his BA degree, with honors, in Political Science
from the University of Michigan in 1991, and his JD degree from the
George Washington University National Law Center in 1995. He is admitted
to the Ohio and Pennsylvania Bars, as well as the U.S. District Courts
for the Northern District of Ohio, the Western District of Pennsylvania,
and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Mr.
Ortman is a member of AILA and a board member of the Cleveland Chapter
of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). He is also proficient
in Spanish and has taken a leadership role within the Latino community
in the Cleveland area on immigration issues.

Ms.
Moss, Ohio immigration lawyer, has practiced immigration law since 1994 and joined Rosner Partners in 1999. She became a partner of the firm in 2005.
Ms. Moss
has been a speaker on employment-based immigration at the Cuyahoga County
Bar Association and AILA regional seminars, as well as at business conferences.
Together with Marin Ritter, Ms. Moss has taught Immigration and Nationality
Law at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
She received
her BA degree in Political Science from Miami University in Oxford,
Ohio, and her law degree from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law.
Her professional
associations include the Ohio Bar, the United States District Court,
AILA and Amnesty International. In
2005, Ms. Moss was appointed the AILA Ohio Chapter Liaison to the Department
of Labor.

Mr. Storie joined Rosner Partners in 1999. He previously practiced
civil litigation in California and Ohio. He received his B.B.A. at the
University of Miami and a JD at the U.C.L.A. School of Law.
He is admitted to the Ohio and California Bars and is a member of AILA.

Mr.
Halliday joined Rosner Partners in 1994 serving as a Legal Assistant.
He became an attorney with the firm in May 2001 and a partner with the firm in July 2007.
Mr. Halliday's
practice is focused in the areas of employment-based immigration and
emigration matters, naturalization issues and employer sanctions matters.
He has experience in family-based immigration issues and performing
immigration work for professional athletes.
Mr. Halliday
earned his B.Sc. degree in Telecommunications/Audio Production from
Ohio University in 1989, and his JD degree from The Cleveland-Marshall
College of Law in 2000. He is admitted
to the Ohio Bar, and is a member of AILA, the Cuyahoga County Bar Association
and Amnesty International.

Dane Macaskill became an an Ohio immigration
lawyer with Rosner Partners in November 2007, after serving as a law clerk and legal assistant with the firm for approximately four years.
Ms. Macaskill earned her B.A. from John Carroll University and her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She is experienced in a wide range of business immigration matters and enjoys tackling novel and complicated issues arising in that area.
Ms. Macaskill is currently responsible for drafting Rosner Partners' periodical newsletter and has served as a newsletter editor for the International Law Section of the Cleveland Bar Association. She has volunteered her time to immigration law clinics sponsored by Catholic Charities and Legal Aid. An immigrant from South Africa, Ms. Macaskill is a strong believer in the value of immigrant contributions in the United States.
